Hadwin Properties is a family owned and operated commercial real estate investment company that develops and manages a variety of holdings with a long-term mindset. Our portfolio contains office space, retail storefronts, industrial warehouses, parking facilities, land holdings, and other specialty retail buildings. The family business was formed in the 1950’s, focusing primarily on the automotive industry, and in 1988 the co-founders, Arden H. Hadwin and Lynford B. Hadwin, formed Hadwin Properties. The diverse property portfolio is managed by family members Arden J. Hadwin, Renee Hadwin Newell and Noah Hadwin Newell. Our commitment to long-term employees and tenants fosters a lasting, family-like relationship throughout all of our business interactions.
